Quamech engineering services is considered as one of the leading Mechanical Engineering Company in the Southern part of Zambia, and is located along Lusaka road, plot number C223, Mazabuka. Since inception, Quamech Engineering Services has limited its services to the sugar industry, Zambia Sugar PLC, where we are the leaders in the business and have attracted international recognition and competition as it will be highlighted in our detailed profile below. By definition, mechanical engineering is an engineering branch that combines engineering physics and mathematics principles with materials science, to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems. As a mechanical engineering company, we provide general engineering services to support productivity of industries that depends on combined mechanical application in there line of business. Our role is to ensure that we provide solutions for an efficient and productive mechanical support system of our client.
Tanks and Large Diameter Pipe Design, Supply, Manufacture and Installation.
We provide design and fabrication services for large diameter steel pipe of any steel material as per specified applications. Different client may have specified specifications but we subscribe to the general ISO standards and specifications. We also do fabricate tanks in various steel grades in accordance to customer specifications in terms of design capacity and application.
Design, Supply Manufacture/Fabrication of General Mechanical and Installation
Some industries do have existing mechanical systems and equipment that operates on general scientific and engineering principle. We take advantage and employ our innovative and creative approach and provide services of replacing the existing systems by reproducing the equipment through fabrication or maintain and repair/refurbishment of the existing equipment.
